FAIR SHAKE

HELLO EVERYONE! We have created a new forum for the merging of all groups related to the ongoing effort. It's administrator & moderators are composed of eBay, Delphi and MySpace members.

Reasons we feel Fair Shake is necessary:

1. We welcome ALL who are interested in the future of E-commerce to join. Ongoing (as opposed to ONLY May 1st) boycotters have no forum supporting their strategy. We have 2 separate Round Tables ready for use, one which can be used by anyone privately at any time, with your self-appointed monitor, for safe and secure strategizing that is untrackable by cookies. The lockdown of the May 1 thread may be a sign of future actions. We must have a safe, secure home right away.

2. Many have expressed frustration with the other off-eBay sites for various reasons: navigational problems, lack of consistent communication, lengthy and inconclusive decision making, and most recently, the banning of members against the greater interest of the effort.

3. Fair Shake is markedly quick, easy to navigate, and posts are readily searchable, unlike current sites. It uses the same platform as that of a collector's forum with 20,000 members and no glitches. This is of greater import than may be supposed, as TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE as never before. Expediency of communication is KEY to this effort.

4. The Official Grievances proposal is not currently being supported by the other sites and will present a huge conflict of collective interest. This document is OUR Magna Carta, and is one of our most important efforts yet. Conflicting decisions of ANY sort are a serious detriment to our public face and our position as a group.

5. Finally, Fair Shake is dedicated to having no leaders and no followers, but EQUALITY of membership and effort. Ideally? We would love to see a merging of all off-eBay site groups into Fair Shake Forum for the reasons outlined.
