I actually don't drink anymore but don't mind if others imbibe. I stopped smoking 18 months ago and drinks just not the same without ciggy. This is lilyjo39 in case I didn't put it in my profile. I should have signed up as lilyjo39..a lot less to type. :)

Not an easy task. But having respitory infection really really bad was a good incentive. Put them down 1 night after coughing bout and never picked them up again. Now I rarely even think about it.

I'm waiting for the start. A couple might know me as padiopal from that bad place. Have so many usernames & passwords that this elder lady gets lost some time. Checked out so many sites & still looking for a home. Thanks for lending an ear to my "burble" as a friend in New Zealand calls it. I'll be bringing my gin & tonic.

Kernow...losing weight harder than not smoking. I put on 25 lbs. since quitting. Need to focus on getting it back off now.
