PHEEBAY'S MULTIPLE AUCTION SITE SEARCH

Unfortunately the craigslist search function is one of the items that is now out of date. Unfortunately now the structure of searches is very different on CL.

This is one of the problems often encountered in trying to unify facilities from multiple sites. One changes and there can be a knock on effect in funtionaility.

I've way to much on my plate at the moment so can't be too confident when i can get to carry out a revision of this tool but it will happen at some stage. At that time I will almost certainly pick up on and learn a lot more info that could be useful to shakers.

It's a pleasure to be here and share with like minded people!

I've managed to do a quick review of the code behind the search box and things should be working OK now for the choice of sites in the drop down box. The Craigslist search is for the SF Bay area now and I may try to add other larger areas (e.g. New York) shortly.

Unfortunately I will have to remove QXL soon as it was announced yesterday that it will be closing the UK site at the end of May.
