Visibility and Glitches

Postby FirmGrip on Fri Apr 04, 2008 10:59 am

In an effort to address some visibility problems which a few people have mentioned, I am trying to override the default colors of the text where it allows, to provide more contrast. The addition of separate colors in the various rooms will also hopefully help navigation, as each type of room becomes associated with its colors.

Unfortunately, because of my limited knowledge of html, and the rather complex challenges involved in overriding the default design style, I have discovered that I will not be able to make all the changes I wanted to. In addition, I will need to UNDO some changes, which will involve temporarily moving topics to a holding spot while the forum is rebuilt.

I will try to do most of this at times when the forum has the fewest people on it, but if you notice some strange things over the next few days, please understand that it is most likely the result of the fixes I'm needing to make. If you are looking for a post and don't see it, look in the archives section. I will not be deleting topics or posts--only moving them temporarily. Hopefully it will all be restored and improved soon.

Thank you for your patience with this!

Doing a wonderful job! The color changes are worth the "construction mess" and the wait. :-)
