Wanted to give a heads up that we are working on RSS/XML feeds for our site, and also will be offered to Founding Members for their own listings.

Will update when I can.

Hi. When you have the RSS feeds done, please send me a link so I can add it to my aggregated Google aggregated search - because OLA is not showing up well on the Google search engine for some reason, as compared to other sites and I hate leaving members of OLA out - since I am one.

Great news and I've no doubt this will prove a great help to sellers on the site.

I confess to be a huge fan of RSS and in particular its potential to help sellers get their listings seen on the wider internet.

In a conversation I was having elsewhere earlier today I made the analogy that RSS empowers sellers to get their wares out on to the wider internet rather than staying confined within the venue domain and patiently waiting for buyers to find them.

While sites can provide feeds and there are several ways to use them to build displays and web content it still needs the sellers to become motivated and drive their use and take full advantage. But that's the problem to address once the feeds are in place.

I for one will be keen to build a few Onlineauction RSS driven sites for sellers to use. We've done this for other sites already and the traffic generated has been VERY encouraging.
