Not surprising, I suppose. Same tactic taken when the boycotting began. Lots and lots of promos to fill the void and keep those investors happy there in the dark ... looks to be exactly what it IS.

You'd think they'd realize that we are on to them.....Great to hear about the news re. paypal only policy in Australia has gone againts ebay...would loved to have been a fly on the wall when ebay heard that....

Yes, it was great news out of Australia today. I happened to be sitting at my computer when I received the email notice. A LOT of reading, but very worthwhile. I would imagine there's a lot of celebrating among Australia's eBayers today, both sellers and buyers (freedom of choice wins). However, I seriously doubt we've heard the last of this.

Of course we haven't. I've just pasted an email that paypal sent out to UK sellers, just happen to be sent the 13th!!!!! Great news for Australia, e***y thought they would just sail through without a problem. This has set a precedent now, be interesting to see which country will next do something similar....Up The Revolution...hehe....
